How to submit non-member pricing

Transparent pricing is a key factor in attracting new players. As a venue owner, you can submit non-member rates through the dashboard, helping players compare and book venues more easily.

Who can submit pricing?

Only verified venue owners can submit pricing updates for their managed venues. If you haven't claimed your venue yet, please refer to the Claim Venue guide

1. Open Pricing tool

In your owner dashboard, click the "Update non-member fees" tool under your venue list.

2. Fill in the form

Specify if you allow non-members, and set peak/off-peak rates, Open Play fees, and payment methods.

3. Submit for review

After submission, a "Pending" record is created. Our admins will verify the data to prevent inaccurate listings.

4. Public after approval

Once approved, the new rates will appear on the public venue page, marked with the "Last reviewed date".

Important Reminders

  • Pending or rejected pricing data will never be shown on the public site.
  • We do not process payments; listed prices are for reference only. Final confirmation rests with the venue.
  • If your pricing is complex, please use the "Pricing notes" field to provide more detail.
