How to claim venue ownership
Pickleball HK is a community-driven platform. To ensure accuracy, we encourage venue owners and club operators to claim their venue pages. Once verified, you can manage pricing, Open Play sessions, and booking details directly.
Who is this for?
Anyone responsible for venue operations, booking management, or representing a club operating at a venue can apply. We require basic proof such as an official website link, social media admin screenshot, or work verification.
Step 1: Create a free account
Go to the registration page and select "Venue Owner" as your intent. This helps us set up the right onboarding flow for you.
Step 2: Go to Dashboard
After logging in, click "Venue Owner" in the navigation or go to /venue-owner. You will see a management interface designed for venue operators.
Step 3: Submit claim request
Click "Request a venue claim" in your dashboard. Search for your venue, fill in your contact details, and provide a proof URL.
Step 4: Platform Review
Our admins will review your request. During this time, your status will show as "Pending." We may contact you via email or WhatsApp for further verification.
Step 5: Manage Venue Tools
Once approved, the venue is officially linked to your account. You can now submit pricing updates, publish Open Play sessions, and view venue analytics in your dashboard.
Important Notes
- Submitting a claim does not instantly change public venue data. All changes require admin verification.
- The account type is for UI navigation only; actual management permission depends on the venue's owner_id assignment.
- If a venue is already claimed by someone else, please contact us to resolve the dispute.
