How to publish Open Play sessions
Publishing regular or one-off Open Play sessions helps players plan their games easily. As an owner, you can create specific session times, capacity, and rates that appear directly on your venue page.
What is Open Play?
Open Play usually refers to organized sessions by a venue or club where individuals or small groups can join. Unlike private bookings, players don't need to bring a full group of four to play.
1. Open the tool
In your owner dashboard, click the "Publish Open Play" tool card.
2. Set session details
Enter the date, time, and duration. You can also specify recommended skill levels, format, and price per player.
3. Capacity & presets
Specify the total capacity so players know the session size. We provide various title presets for common session types.
4. Admin Review
To maintain quality, new sessions go through review. Once approved, they appear as "Upcoming Open Play" on your venue page.
Important Reminders
- Pickleball HK currently provides listing services only; we do not handle bookings or payments for sessions.
- Players will see your session and then contact you via your specified methods (e.g., WhatsApp) to book.
- If a session is full or cancelled, please update the status in your dashboard as soon as possible.
