Terms of Use
Pickleclub is a Hong Kong pickleball community discovery and coordination platform. These terms explain core responsibilities and limits when using the service.
This is product/legal copy foundation for beta. It should be reviewed by qualified Hong Kong counsel before heavy public or commercial launch.

Platform Role
- Pickleclub helps players discover venues, activities, clubs, classes, and offers.
- Venue listings, activities, clubs, and promotions are for discovery and coordination.
- Unless explicitly stated, Pickleclub does not guarantee venue availability, booking, payment, attendance, skill level, safety, or offer redemption.
User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate information and protect your account.
- You must not abuse, scrape, spam, impersonate, or upload illegal, private, misleading, or infringing content.
- You should confirm actual arrangements directly with the venue, coach, club, or organizer.
User-Generated Content and Moderation
- Clubs, activities, venues, offers, photos, messages, feedback, and surveys you submit may be reviewed.
- Pickleclub may hide, edit, reject, or remove abusive, spam, unlawful, or misleading content.
- Serious or repeated violations may lead to account restriction, suspension, or removal.
Payments, Bookings, and Receipts
Pickleclub does not currently collect funds, hold funds, confirm payments, handle refunds, or confirm venue bookings. Payment proof or receipt records are for venue-side or organizer-side checking only.
Limitation of Liability
The service is provided as-is. Information may be incomplete or outdated, and beta features may change or pause. To the extent permitted by law, Pickleclub is not responsible for third-party venue, activity, club, offer, payment, or attendance arrangements.
Governing Law
These terms are based on Hong Kong law and remain subject to legal review. Any formal dispute process should follow the final legal version.
