Venue Owner Terms
Venue owners and partners using Pickleclub tools must keep information clear, accurate, and not misleading to players.
This is product/legal copy foundation for beta. It should be reviewed by qualified Hong Kong counsel before heavy public or commercial launch.

Information Responsibility
- Venue owners are responsible for accurate venue profiles, contact details, pricing, booking notes, classes, Open Play, and offers.
- If details change, update them or notify Pickleclub promptly.
Payments and Bookings
Pickleclub does not currently collect payments, confirm payments, or confirm bookings for venues unless a future supported feature explicitly says so. Payment proof records are venue-side checking records only.
Media, Offers, and Moderation
- Do not upload private or sensitive screenshots, images, or personal data without permission.
- Offers created by the venue should be honoured according to their stated terms.
- Pickleclub may hide or remove misleading, unsafe, or abusive venue listings.
