Club Creator Terms
Creating or managing a Club means you are responsible for basic accuracy and safety around club information, members, invites, events, and communications.
This is product/legal copy foundation for beta. It should be reviewed by qualified Hong Kong counsel before heavy public or commercial launch.

Creator / Manager Responsibilities
- Responsible for club description, visibility, member management, invites, events, and communications.
- Do not mislead people about official status, benefits, payments, spots, or event confirmation.
- Do not create abusive, spam, impersonating, or misleading Clubs.
Identity Concepts
- Founding Member is not the same as Official Member.
- Founding invites do not automatically set Main Club.
- Official Member / Main Club requires separate application and approval.
Moderation
Pickleclub may review, restrict, disable, or remove abusive, spam, unlawful, or misleading Clubs. Creating a Club does not automatically grant platform benefits, commercial rights, or verification.
