Start a club from a few regular players
You do not need 30 people on day one; start from a regular game group and build rhythm.
Start a Club
More than a WhatsApp group. Pickleclub helps you manage members, events, sign-ups, receipts, Club Inbox, and CourtFlow so you can build a reliable team ready for friendly matches.
Not just another WhatsApp group — a club system that can keep running week after week.
Not a chat replacement, ranking promise, or platform payment system; the focus is club identity and activity operations.

This is for you if you want to:
You do not need 30 people on day one; start from a regular game group and build rhythm.
Keep events, participants, and receipt status on the event page instead of buried in chat history.
Help new players understand what kind of club you are, how to join, and what is coming up.
Use a club page, event list, and Inbox so new players can learn first, then contact privately.
Build stable membership and event records first, then prepare for future friendlies and competitions.
Starting point
Create the club first, then use events, Inbox, and CourtFlow to build a stable community.
Product proof
The largest proof areas focus on what helps hosts decide: club mini-site, event management, and CourtFlow.
Club identity
The club mini-site gives new players a clear place to understand your identity, activities, and joining path.

The event dashboard and host checklist help you see unpaid players, waitlist, participants, and CourtFlow readiness at a glance.

Founding Club Offer
After 4 founding members, your club can become active. Founding benefits require platform review; paid ads, booking/payment, advanced analytics, and future premium tools are not included.
What happens after you start a club?
The MVP does not add a new application form or platform payment flow here; this page explains existing club tools and the founding offer path.

Start with a clear page that explains your club, activities, and joining path.
2
Begin with a few regular players and create the initial member identity.
3
Choose the visibility that fits how open you want the club to be.
4
Use the event page to manage sign-ups, receipts, waitlist, and participant status.

From inquiries and preparation to game-day rotations, the workflow stays clearer.
Club tools are currently in beta rollout. Core flows such as club pages, event management, join requests, Club Inbox, smart share, and CourtFlow are already available. More advanced features such as official member applications, club ranking, and club-to-club friendlies/competitions will be rolled out gradually.
The earlier you start, the earlier you can build members, event history, and club identity. You do not need 30 people to begin; 4 founding members are enough to start forming a real club. Early clubs can also give feedback and influence the priority of member tools, friendly matches, CourtFlow, and club identity features.
Creating a club and using basic club tools is free during the current beta stage. The first 10 approved clubs that reach 30 members may receive Lifetime Free Basic Club Tools. Future advanced features such as ads, booking/payment, advanced analytics, APIs, or premium tools may be handled separately.
Our long-term goal is to help Hong Kong move beyond scattered WhatsApp groups and build real club culture. Starting from 4 people, each club can have its own page, activities, members, Inbox, and CourtFlow. Over time, we want to make club-to-club friendlies and competitions easier to organize.
No. The scope of Basic Club Tools and founding club benefits will be clearly stated. If premium tools are introduced later, you can decide based on your club size, event frequency, and actual needs.
No. 4 founding members can activate a club. 30 members is only for founding-offer eligibility; the two numbers are separate.
Yes. Clubs can be public, private, or invite-only depending on your needs.
CourtFlow supports rotations, participant sync, and result recording on game day; it is not realtime chat, payment, or ranking software.
Next step
Create the club first, recruit founding members, then grow into events, Inbox, and CourtFlow.
