Acceptance of Terms

By using Pickleclub.hk, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

Service Description

• Venue discovery, open play, classes, and club information.
• Club creation, member, and activity tools.
• Venue-owner profile, media, court specs, leads, and analytics tools.
• Demo Mode sample data and internal presentation flows.

Account Responsibility

You must provide accurate information, protect your login details, and are responsible for activity under your account. Social login creates normal player accounts only and does not grant admin or venue-owner permissions.

Demo Data

Demo content is sample/test data only. It does not represent real bookings, payments, users, or venue commitments.

Direct Payments

Players pay venues or hosts directly when payment is required. Pickleclub.hk does not currently receive, hold, process, or settle funds. Receipt uploads are for record keeping and host confirmation only.

User, Club, and Venue Content

• You are responsible for submitting accurate, lawful content that you have rights to upload.
• Do not upload unlawful, private, infringing, or misleading content.
• Venue and activity information is maintained with reasonable effort but not guaranteed; confirm directly with the venue or host before relying on it.

Events, Classes, and Open Play

Hosts and venues are responsible for final arrangements, availability, cancellations, refunds, and other terms unless the platform clearly states otherwise.

Prohibited Behavior

• Abuse, harassment, spam, or impersonation.
• Fake venue claims, false information, or fraudulent behavior.
• Unauthorized scraping, system disruption, or account misuse.

Limitation and Changes

The service is provided as-is. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features as needed, and may restrict or suspend accounts that violate these terms. These terms may be updated from time to time.
