Who We Are

Pickleclub.hk is a Hong Kong platform for pickleball venue discovery, activities, clubs, and venue-owner tools.

Information We Collect

• Account information: name / display name, email, and password hash for email signups.
• Social login information: provider, provider user id, email, display name, and avatar if supplied by Google / Facebook.
• Player profile and preferences: level, DUPR / self rating, availability, preferred districts, and preferences.
• Venue / club activity: join requests, open play / class interests, club memberships, and event status.
• Venue-owner data: venue claims, contact details, venue profile/media, analytics, and leads.
• Direct-payment receipt records: if submitted by you, receipt image/proof, amount, method, reference number, and notes.
• Technical data: IP, sessions/cookies, basic logs, analytics events, and error monitoring.

How We Use Information

• Operate accounts and login.
• Provide venue, club, activity, and preference features.
• Support venue-owner tools, leads, and analytics.
• Prevent abuse, improve security, and debug issues.
• Handle support and data deletion requests.

Social Login

Google / Facebook login may provide name, email, avatar, and provider id. We use this only for login, account creation, or account linking. Pickleclub.hk does not post to your social account.

Direct Payments and Receipts

Pickleclub.hk does not currently collect or hold payment funds. If an activity uses FPS or bank transfer, players pay the venue or host directly. The platform only helps record receipts and confirmation status.

Data Sharing

• With relevant venues / club hosts when needed for participation, receipt verification, or follow-up.
• With service providers for hosting, email, analytics, and error monitoring.
• For legal, security, or abuse-prevention reasons.
• We do not sell personal data.

Cookies, Retention, and Your Choices

• We use sessions/cookies for login, Demo Mode, language, and basic analytics.
• Account and activity data is generally kept while the account is active.
• You may request deletion or anonymization; backups and security logs may take time to expire.
• Users under legal age should use the service with parent or guardian consent.
